You want to know when to expect your number. Timing varies by test and lab, so treat the figures below as what the seller states, not a promise.

What the seller states
- For total testosterone, and for several other single tests such as prolactin, LH and FSH with LH, the seller’s page says results are available in your online account within one to three business days. The page also shows a banner saying most results arrive in one to three days.
- For the therapy panel, the page gives the same one to three business days.
- For DHT, the page says most results arrive in one to three business days.
- For the basic, standard and comprehensive male hormone panels and for IGF-1, SHBG, DHEA and sensitive estradiol, the page gives only the site banner, and no timing specific to the test. Follow your order and check your account.
The wording is “most results”. It is not “all”, and it is not a deadline.
Why it varies
This guide states no timing beyond what the seller’s pages say, and the pages themselves say “most”. Your result may arrive sooner or later than one to three business days. Check your order and your account for your own test.
While you wait
- Keep your lab order and receipt together in case you need to ask the seller or lab a question.
- Do not change any medicine because of a test you have not yet read. Talk to your clinician first.
- A single result does not diagnose anything. MedlinePlus says a testosterone level test alone can’t diagnose any health condition (MedlinePlus).
When the result arrives
Look at the range printed on your own report. Labs differ in their ranges. If you have questions, or a result is outside the printed range, talk to a clinician.
